DATA WE COLLECT
We collect the details you provide when placing an order or contacting us: name, postal address, email address, phone number, and information relating to your order. Payment details are processed directly by our secure payment providers and are never stored by us. We also collect browsing data (cookies and technical identifiers) during your visit.

WHY WE USE YOUR DATA
Your data is used to:
- process and dispatch your orders (performance of the contract);
- contact you about your order and provide customer service (performance of the contract);
- meet our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation);
- send you, with your consent, marketing communications (consent);
- improve the website, measure its audience and evaluate the performance of our advertising (consent for non-essential cookies, legitimate interest for security and the proper running of the site).

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
- Order and invoicing data: 10 years from the close of the accounting year, as required by French commercial law.
- Customer account and contact data: 3 years from your last contact.
- Marketing data: 3 years from your last contact, or until you withdraw your consent.
- Cookies and trackers: 13 months at most.

WHO RECEIVES YOUR DATA
Your data is accessible to us and to our technical providers, who act as processors and only on our instructions:
- Shopify International Limited (shop hosting and order processing);
- our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal and, where applicable, the other methods offered at checkout);
- our carrier and logistics partner, to deliver your parcel;
- our email and audience/advertising measurement tools.
We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU AND THE UK
Some of our providers, as well as our logistics partner, may process your data outside the European Union and the United Kingdom. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR and UK GDPR), in particular standard contractual clauses or, where applicable, an adequacy decision.

YOUR RIGHTS
Under the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR and UK GDPR), you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on it.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@hyggomi.com. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.

COMPLAINTS
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority: the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk) in the United Kingdom, or the CNIL (cnil.fr) in France.
