How many blades are in a pack?
Each pack contains 2 replacement blades. That way you always have a spare blade, ready the day you need it.
How often should the blade be changed?
We recommend replacing the blade as soon as it starts to go blunt. It depends on how often you use it and on your dog's type of coat: as a rule, every 3 to 6 months.
How often should I trim my dog's paws?
A quick trim every 4 to 6 weeks is enough for most dogs, and keeps the pads clean and healthy. Very active dogs, or dogs whose hair grows quickly, may need it a little more often.
How do I know it's time to change the blade?
If you notice that trimming takes longer or is less precise, it's time to change the blade. A blunt blade also tends to pull at the hair.
